PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

Polyvinyl Chloride, or more commonly PVC, incorporates a maximum width of 81″ wide white, gray or tan reinforced sheets with a thickness of 50, 60, or 80 millimeters. The process entails approved insulation being mechanically fastened or secured to substrate with approved adhesive. The membrane is then either fully adhered (total glue down) or mechanically fastened to the roof deck. Adjoining sheets or membrane are secured with a minimum overlap of 1 1/2″, and adhered with hot weld. With a PVC roof from Johnson’s Roofing, you will have the option of a 10, 15, or 20 year warranty.
